Because of the Ecuador/Tonga quakes and his unfulfilled forecasts for the SF Bay Area and Southern CA /Mexico, Jack is issuing a 90-day General Forecast, as follows:
North America / West Coast (Alaska to Mexico)
Second half of August 17, 2010 to November 19, 2010
Magnitude 6+
Jack has been receiving a high volume of Initial Signals. There is currently a 7% probability of a 6+ magnitude earthquake as noted in the above post - within the next 30 days.
Jack stated that when he sees the epicenter appear with more clarity, he will post that information.
The extremes in weather worldwide are also a concern. I will be posting "Weather or Not" for added information.
