It is called the Cosmic Tsunami Begins.
I can relate to the part about feeling wired and depressed.
I feel all this energy with no outlet.
I keep feeling like I have no idea what i'm doing in life anymore.
Kind of lost.
Then becoming aware of how harshly I judge that feeling.
And what's the point in doing THAT???
So I guess it's all good.
Just feels strange and new.
