    8.0 Caribbean???

    I was checking my email and I got a message saying a large quake shook the caribbean. I have checked apps on my iphone and the USGS site and it is not listed. Does anyone know anything about this? Here is the entire email:

    false alarm

    Just went over to earthwatchers and saw a few people did get the same message but it appears to be a mistake. Looks like it was a 3.2 not 8.0.
