I woke up one morning and told my husband, "Things are going to get really bad--martial law, taking away all the weapons, taking your house and your land and your food, marching us off to death camps--well anyway we hear all these bad things are out there. So I think we ought to pack up and move away from this country." And he said, "To where? Where are you going to go?" I had no answer to that question.

What place is better than here, at least right now? And all our family and friends are here. Do we abandon them? One guy in the thread said his ancestors had been fighting America's wars since 1776. Well, mine go back even further to Bacon's Rebellion. Never heard of that you say? It was a group of guys that got fed up long before the first Tea Party. My roots in this country go back to the 1600's and I am not going to idly sit by while some idiotic, stupid politicians bring chaos down upon our heads. The politicians who have been targeted cry out, "No violence!" But let's think about that a little. To some, this has become self-defense to keep their lands and families together in safety. We have been threatened by their villainous Congressional acts and executive orders for over half a century. They laugh and say, "let them eat cake!" They believe totally in their ability to control. But more than half of this country thinks that they are not acting in behalf of their constituents...that they are in it for themselves and all they can take from the hard working American taxpayer.

We have a huge problem we are facing with a Congress that cannot be trusted to find plausible economic answers. This wonderful land, this idea that founded America, the home of the free and the land of the brave, cannot be cast asunder. Those who have patriotic blood running through their veins must stay and at least attempt to save her from the corrupting demons who will suck her dry. America is still worth the struggle!

Dear Dove Melinda,

I love that song! There was a time not so long ago, I would hear patriotic songs like that, especially America The Beautiful, and my heart would swell up, thinking how wonderful was the land that I lived in. I had so much pride in what America represented to the world. Hmmm...that was yesterday.

Now, it angers me so much to see what these crappy, corrupt politicians, bankers, ginormous business interests, defense industry corps etc have done to our country...they have left our borders defenseless in the name of Homeland Security while they took breast milk away from nursing mothers at the airports...they rip us off with every kind of tax known to man to pay for their exorbitant lifestyles...they are liars and thieves with their own interests at heart (all of them!)...they care nothing for the common man...to them he is expendable, an oxygen thief who they would choose to use biological and chemical weapons against without discrimination nor concern for the welfare of others nor for mother nature which they are also destroying at an alarming rate. It is not just America. This diseased thinking has effected the whole world.

They want us now to be chipped and ID'd with the mark of the beast so they can track us and get us wherever we may hide...and there will be no place in the world that we can go that their satellites and GPS systems cannot track us. As a race we are doomed if we continue to sit back and allow these bastards to keep passing these laws.

The healthcare bill that was just passed will take away more freedoms and privileges than we could ever conceive of. Seniors like me will be hurt tremendously but in the end, all who are not in with the elitists will suffer.

And there are so many that are so stupid out there that they did not see this coming...they applauded this bill without understanding the far-reaching effects it would have on their lives and their children's lives. They thought it was a good thing because some Lying politician told them so. Did they study the 2000 pages of unconstitutional crap that was contained within the bill? No. They thought they would get something out of the govmt. Well, if you are an illegal citizen or on poverty row, you probably will. But those of us who daily struggle to put food on the table will find it a lot harder to make ends meet when they start taking additional taxes out of your pocket and when your insurance premiums go on a drastic upward spiral.

Sweet Dove,

As usual, your ancient wisdom is inspiring. In my novel, The Secret Order, I write of the beginnings of America and the wisdom that created our country which goes all the way back to the days of Solomon. The original inspiration for the creation of this land is awesome and grandiose--unlike Dan Brown's book (hey I wrote mine first!) on the same subject matter which gets bogged down in blood (although there is a certain amount of violence that actually happened historically), mine is a love story with a beautiful ending. I often think of it as my essay on life--what I have learned after 50 years of searching for the truth.

They ar emaking it impossible to do that with the laws they have, notice how they
only hurt the people that follow them, not the illegals and trouble makers in life...take note, amid laughing fellow students we had an guy come in and tell us in 1966..what an subversive Govt. does to gain control...
1. get into the schools, and control them, from what the kids believe, to the books they read, to the running of them....
2. Get into the local law enforcement agencies, control them...and control the populace..see they get locked up and discarded in society if you can't control them
3. Get into local Government..change laws to suit yoruself "quietly" embezzle money and get rich
4. Start up your won business...make sure it's tax deductible and "free" for you
to basically operate.

Everything is now "yours" to do as you please, to persecute anyone you wish, no questioned asked, and it's impossible to stop them, they have all the help they need..they can legally kill anyone doesn't suit their purposes...through the medical society, sayin gyour crazy...through the police..saying you turned violent..so they could shoot you. I can remeber the kids laughing, saying he was off his rocker, it could never happen in this country..but you see what has happened, they simply amended it into law to do as they please and with whom they want to persecute...and yes, people that do the worst..have followed the above steps every inch of the way. They got into every system our fore-fathers gave us as an "check and balance" to each other..so they could not be corrupt...adn changed it. So you say how we get them out now..without going "busted" ourselves...form their actions of reprival. They have more power then most individuals these days..and many groups at that also. Maybe Dove has an good start..start singing on the corners of the streets...this land is your land, this land is my land...so forth. Find reasons to let it be public in your town in anyway you can. Organize groups to go to the schools and sing it. Don't mention politics,just sing. Don't ask them to believe in your opinion..ask them to just be themselves. To "care" about the human race...what we have..and to take care of it..to be responsible for it also in any way that is allowed...because it is as much their's as it is everyone else's.
Maybe in an couple of generations the children can find their way home again.

Meet the Press was really scary this morning. Michael Chernoff started talking about controlling the homegrown militia groups--blabbing about how they communicated with each other and made plans via the internet and how the govmt was going to have to crack down and control use of the internet. You could tell by the tone of his voice that he was stirring up trouble against the so called "patriot groups" making them into terrorists. It is all a big play to step up gun control and more police power-- "Nazi" type tactics, invasion into our every day lives in the name of "homeland security." The heat is turning up, folks and martial law is probably not far away, especially if there is some kind of natural disaster or man-made.

You know I have been thinking about this subject for awhile. Obviously we can't leave our family and homes. I have too much family here and they would think I am crazy looney tunes if I did something like up and leave. BUT I watched a film recently about the children that were rescued from Germany during Hitlers reign. I heard someone say to one of the parents "Why didn't you leave"? I thought wow! They didn't leave because they didn't think that they needed to. They didn't leave because who would a thunk they would be sent to gas chambers on a train. Gave me the willies!

When faced with the blunt truth, most of us would prefer to play ostrich and put our heads into the sand rather than allow our minds to ponder upon the actual situation. We cling to hope...hope that what we have been told and shown is not true, faith that man cannot be that inhumane to his fellow man, belief that our leadership really does have our best interests at heart even when the proof is laid before our eyes of the exact opposite. We choose to believe the lies, to go with the status quo, to pretend that life will go on tomorrow just as it has today, and pray that some gallant white knight will ride in at the last minute and rescue us from the evil dragon.

Personally, I just keep hoping that somebody will finally decide to turn on the light and end this movie before the tumultous grand finale which I believe will culminate with a violent pole shift that will extinquish a great percentage of life on this planet. I think the truth is out there of earthchanges in our future that will alter all our lives, and that TPTB have chosen to hide it from the masses. Ultimately, there is no place to run. We just need to pray that this drama will end soon.

Yes Betty I agree. Prayer, only thing that will help. Drama entails so many things. It gives you a headache trying to put it all into perspective. What with the economy implosion, the civil war implosion, the world war 111 explosion, the solar explosion, the ring of fire explosion, lets see did I miss anything? That is why everyone will look to the antichrist for an answer to all this. There is only one answer though.
