I watched a video in which a man asked "would you swab your mouth with Spectracide?" No, of course not! But you brush your teeth each day with an equally poisonous substance. Look at the main active ingredient in your toothpaste. It probably says sodium flouride. Read further and it will tell you that if swallowed, call poison control. Do you know that poisonous substances can be absorbed into your body directly through the skin in your mouth? Do you know that we have all been poisoning our bodies and our children's bodies for decades over this "anti-cavity" ingredient?

Now when you reach for that toothpaste, maybe you will think twice about it and begin to put pressure on the manufacturers to remove this poisonous chemical from its list of ingredients along with several other heavy metals.

I don't use toothpaste but very rarely...after seeing my hubby get told he literally scrubbed off the enamel on his teeth from brushing. Occasionally I use mouthwash...the oldest medicine in the world says to clean the mouth daily..scrap the top of the tongue every morning gently with an wooden popscel like stick. Then chew an mint leaf, after using plain dental floss to remove any stuck food in your teeth...or waxed heavy thread. Eat an good diet, warm grains in the winter, cooling fruits int eh summer...if you have an sore throat drink warm tea throughout the day...or suck on an sugarless candy drop...but they didn't have them back then, tea was the most often used item...warm tea relaxes throat muscles. An tonuge to large is an indicator of ill health.

my elders had a toothbrush bush....they would chew the ends of twigs and then clean their teeth with that.

their was no soda pop ...and water was what we drank.

i was too young for wine and beer, mind...

even tho i remember and saw how to life from my elders...

i am a chid of the worldpov...and it truly does destroy our bodies.

ever go working in a mill?

ever go working in a restaurant?

    i have

and i desire the old ways of life.

with all of my heart and being
