What to have if.....

There are no roads, only ruble/mud, monsoon type rains with a few truckload dumps of water bombs(instead of jumping in a pool the pool of water jumps on you). All electronics fried from solar plasma in atmosphere, constant dust/debris laden wind with contaimination from who knows what, maybe methane, sulphur, or?

I'm thinking about the only gear to have is a back pack and hand cart with wheels or skids. Just the essentials with you and plan on improvising for what you need from what you find in the environment.

That's the starting point for my solo survival plan.
