Re: crocus late
Last few years they have bloomed early here in Ohio, but mine aren't even peeking through yet. Must be from the very cold and snowy winter we have had this year. I look forward to them because then I know spring is nearly here!

Re: crocus late
my grandma's garden was my favorite and the best. in the spring, the crocus, lillies, and multiple kinds of daffodils (my favorite), wisteria, hydrangeas, hyacyinths, fresh mint, chives and green onions bloomed. this was in souther new jersey. i loved this time of year, and every year i always grab a daffodil plant in march here in so cal!
my grandma also grew snap peas and green beans!
