Quite sudden bad, bad sharp aches in both these areas. I know the wrist area to be New Madrid but not sure of the elbow. I felt it during Madrid/OK time last time OK went off. Hmmm...maybe it is Utah if I were to lay my arm down on a map...just a thought.
