A City cop was on his horse waiting to cross the street when a little girl on her new shiny bike stopped beside him. "Nice bike," the cop said "did Santa bring it to you?" "Yep," the little girl said, "he sure did!" The cop looked the bike over and handed the girl a $5 ticket for a safety violation.The cop said, "Next year tell Santa to put a reflector light on the back of it." Its getting more and more interesting isn't it?..
kind of want to hole up and hunker down...lol...
those last cme's and solar stuff hit me hard....had to even take
the bp meds again for a bit!...

I'm doing about the same as you Kay...
In addition to what you have described, sleep has been difficult as well.
Also having radical shifts in body temps. hot one minute, cold the next.
Sometimes I do wonder how we deal with all of this!
